Enter the ticket gate toward the Imperial Palace and take the escalator down on the right

CocoDesk is located inside the ticket gates.
If you wish to use CocoDesk, you must be able to enter the ticket gate.
Note that the Tokyo Metro does not have an admission ticket system.

 

– Reservations and usage –
Please make your reservation in advance through My Page.
When your reservation time arrives, simply access the “Reservation List” on My Page and navigate to the “Reservation Details” section.
There, tap the “Unlock” button to enter the booth.

You may only use the booth during the reserved time.
If no other users have made reservations immediately before the start of the reservation, the door can be unlocked 5 minutes prior to the start of the reservation.

 

If you leave the booth (to use the restroom, etc.) during your reserved time, please do not forget to carry the smartphone, etc. that you used to enter the room.
To re-enter the booth, simply tap the “Unlock” button in the “Reservation Details” section of the “Reservation List” on My Page.

 

Smoking is prohibited in the booths.

 

Please leave the booth after using the booth and do not forget your belongings.
No procedure is required to leave the booth.

 

Booths operate without staff members.
please make sure to keep the booth clean after use.
Please be sure to take your garbage home with you.
